I have been creating some items with Beads lately and really enjoying putting them together. My new camera is not cooperating with the computer so I had to pull out the old one and the color is really off but here are some pix of some necklaces. Amethyst bead Necklace Lapis Lazuli and Kyanite Tiger Eye Necklace Turquoise Necklace

Very nice!!! I get my wire from a bead store. Everytime I go in there I am tempted, but have to slap myself on the hand, got too many other projects needing to be finished...

Thanks to all of you. I have enjoyed making them so much. Christopher1234 is partially to blame as I bought a lot of beads from him and then scouted Ebay for some. I think this is more my forte than wire wrapping but then my son Chris Perez is an excellent wrapper so when we have a sale it can include his wraps and my gemstone necklaces, bracelets and ear rings. Great fun. Tanya

Boy Tanya, you are really doing a great job on beading! My biggest problem is the finishing of the end. I am working on that. I finally watched a video on how to finish a beaded necklace and that should help me. I love that amy one but then, lapis is a favorite too and I am sure they are going to sell well! If you use Chris' pendants and bead around them, they will be works of art! Fran

Thank you Fran. I am truly enjoying this and it does not compete with Chris. It's nice to have our own thing at the shows we do. I could certainly bead around some of his wraps as well, if he would like that. Anyway I truly value your opinion so thanks very much.

Hi All, Many many thanks for all the kind words. I have been away for almost 2 weeks as we buried my very loved Sister in Law and then my husband and I took a cruise. I was nice to go where it was warm but we just got back and it is ice here. Probably about 1/2 inch thick. It feels good to be home and I am going to complete unpacking and make some more jewelry. Love to you all, Tanya
PS Jo it is guessing game to be sure who you are now. Love Ya!

Really nice, Tanya. I make lampwork beads and want to use wrapped cabs as the focal and then add my own beads around it.

Thanks again for the kind words. blr2449 I can't imagine making your own beads. That would be interesting. Yes, you do get a little beady eyes, especially working with the little 3 mm beads. But then you just look up and all is well again. I would love to bead around some of Chris's wraps. He will have to decide that though. Tanya
