this is the 1st time that i had a rock that was not (visably 2 or more different types comined ) polish part good part not at all. i don't know what it is . and it showed no evidence of part of the rock being different , the whole tumbling process until it was finished . any ideas? --paul

Kind of looks like an agate side with onyx side. Maybe why the one side did not polish, because of the different hardness. Fran
