While in Quartzsite, a dealer had this on his table, he didn't know what it was and either do I, I thought it was cool looking, maybe someone here know what it is. Thanks Clint

Yeah, that looks to be a nice example of Mexican Tigertail Jasper. Sometimes they're kind of orbicular and sometimes more streaked like yours but that red sort of beaded exterior is an indicator. The black inclusions are manganese, I think, and can be soft in some examples and hard in others. The soft ones are a booger to cab......Mel
