I have been having trouble getting on to RTH lately...not sure what the deal is...but Chris suggested I show you guys my groove wraps.... You know me...I just can't seem to keep it too simple....LOLOL   Yep...that's me....swirlie girly.....have to throw a kink in things!! hahahaha Seriously, I have a few kinks to work out with this ...but I am working on it! Sorry about that. Kind of a rough summer. Fell last spring & fractured my back, so didn't do much of anything. Slowly getting better. Last time I did this, it took about 1 1/2 years. I'm older now, so figure I've got 1 to 1 1/2 years more healing time. How are you doing? Busier than busy? I bet. Don't have a clue where we'll be, but I'm going to see if I can get Terry to head east.

Those are awesome - especially the second one. Looks like a dragon curled up on the stone.
Like three pieces in one. A beautiful stone, incredible wire work, and a work of art where stone and wire compliment eac other beautifully.

Thanks guys...glad you like them....as far as doing them, it's the same thing as the groove wrapping everyone else is doing, I just added some flair to it is all...you know me..gotta be different! hahahahaha Jo, I am sorry your summer was so rough....you can message me any time you need to talk or anything...you know where I am!!!!  |

Amy, this is red brass wire....and I can hardly tell the difference in the 2 colors....gold & red brass are soooo close in looks!

I really hate to get away from the precious metals, but think I may have to start working with brass on some of my bigger pieces. Just can't afford gold for those any longer.

Jo- I totally understand, thats why I started using this wire....man, the sterling & gold has just gotten crazy outrageous....once the price starts dropping on sterling silver again, I will start using it again...but for now.........
