My Mom's birthday was a few weeks ago. Her and Dad were down south for a few weeks to escape the cold and visit family. They are coming over this afternoon for a visit, so I wanted to make her a wrap for a late birthday present. I picked the blue chalcedony cab I cut last week, and wrapped it with the square sterling wire I bought at Michael's. I cut the girdle on an angle again, so I could wrap this with no wires on the front. I really like this style, as I have difficulty getting the wires to behave on the front of a cab when I'm wrapping. I made note of the time it took me to wrap this, and it was about 30 minutes. I think I've finally figured it out!  Here's the back. Nothing fancy, but functional.  Thanks for looking, Nate |
