I purchaed some Koroit "rough"... and tried cutting some small slabs to make cabs from. The pieces I got tended to explode, and so learned to work in the smaller stable areas. Anyway, I was inspired by some of the work I've seen here using simple wraps, and so tried a couple myself.

Don't know what you call this type of settng?

Beautiful pieces! I pretty sure the first setting is called a prong set. I need to learn how to do that because it shows off the stone so well ~gary
