I wrapped a few more crosses. Nothing fancy, but should make nice Easter gifts. Thanks for looking. John

John I love your crosses. How do you cut them, and if I understood correctly you tumble them after they are cut, is that correct?

It is sure good to see your crosses again and even nicer to see you on the board. Been off and on here myself but had to say Yea! John's back.

Thank you Akansas and Sitnwrap! Good to see you too.
Tanya, I cut the crosses on my WorkForce with a hotdog blade and I try to be pretty exact, but err on the side of caution. I then shape them up on a 100 diamond wheel. I use different material, but try to keep it all pretty hard. I tumble in course grit for a week or 2, then 220 for a week or 2, then 600 for a week or 2, then tripoli for a week, then AO for a week. This time I cut 50 crosses and ended up with 34 good ones. The others broke or had soft spots and just did not come out the way I wanted. John
