New to the rock stone collecting , blame it on my Brotherinlaw Joe from Austin Tx , he showed me a few of his rocks he had polished I was hooked . Now I walk with my head down looking for rocks , I live in katy Tx but have a place in Seguin .

there are a lot of rockhounds in texas, I know you came to the right place. Here you will learn where the best places to rockhound are.

Lived for a while just outside of Katy at the Sheraton that was there years ago (mid-80's), not sure it's still out there but was my home away from home for a year.
