These are a couple of pieces I made a couple of months ago. The dragonfly has Amazonite wings, Turquoise body & tail with a carved Chrysopraise head. It has an articulated tail & hinged wings. Beads are Turquoise & silver. The buterfly is turquoise & rhodochrosite. I really like doing winged insects. I vary the designs from piece to piece depending on my mood & creativity at the time. I made a buterfly simular to this one for my sister for Christmas. With Rhodo wings & Malachite body (she likes pink) but not crazy about Turquoise LOL. Hope you like them & thanks for taking a look.
