I have been wrapping but not much lately. I finally got a few pictures of my more recent wraps including one cab from mtmuskrat. Chrysophrase in silver - thanks Mudshark for the cab Medicine Bow Agate - thanks Randy for the cab Agate from Montana in argentium - thanks Mtmuskrat for the cab This cab looks beautiful in person but doesn't show up really well in pics. There is irising in it that is simply beautiful when held up to the light, unfortunately I couldn't capture that in a picture. Mozarkite in gold filled wire - thanks Superioragates for the cab I did a rework of a small cab of Ocean Jasper since I didn't like how the original wrap turned out about a year ago. Original wrap: Rework: Thanks for looking. What do you all think?

Well Diane, your wraps look great! I think my fave is the Mozarkite in gold. I love the triangular swirlies!

Thank you all. I sometimes wonder if my work is any good at all but then I post here and I feel so much better. I do wonder if the rework on the OJ was a good idea. I'm still not sure I like the coiling especially since it takes so much wire. Thanks Nate for noticing the triangle swirlies, I was trying to match the angular lines in the cab.

I agree with Nate, I like the triangular swirlies also. That wrap looks great with that stone. Actually I liked the OJ better the first time. Just my opinion.

Looks like you made up for lost time in wrapping. Great group and a toss up for favorite is between the montana and that rework. Something about the wire at the top of the rework that makes me keep wanting to look at it. It's cool.

Thank you all. I was waffling on the rework but I just didn't like all the wires I wrapped around to the back. I didn't show the back of the original but all the wires at the top were wrapped around to the back and I didn't know what to do with them all so just curled the ends so it made a mess of wire at the back.

You captured some fine stones in beautiful wraps Diane that rectangular shape on the mozark is eye catching I like the rework-- although the bale top of the original was <3 when I start my rock'n heart factory we'll need an wiring/wrapping rocker you'll just have to get used to fine hot AZ O.K... we'll open a MT branch

Ed, I can't take credit for the shape of the Mozarkite (Marie -Superioragates made that one) the cab basically set the tone for the squared "curls". Hmm, may have to consider that position. It could be a good career move for me. Maybe we could have a roving branch for summer in Montana and winter in AZ. I'm a "snowchick" (too young to be a snowbird at least that's my story and I'm sticking to it ;-) )

hhhmmm... I was referring to the rectangular shape of the wire that holds the Mozark that eye catching fine and on the original that you re-worked I liked the heart shape bale the rock'n heart opening at the factory may not pay much at first but it'll rock ‘n wrap all over the USA nice wraps Diane !
