Since linerlock knives only need scales on one side, they are a little easier to work on.

That's a really nice one too. What do you mean by scales on one side? I carry a liner lock daily, and it has them on both sides. Does it have the clip on the opposite side?

Nate Yes the "scales" are the handles. Knife makers call them scales so I guess I should do the same This knife has a clip on the other side. It's certainly a different look.

Hey Roller,
The knife came from premiumknifesupply.com. This is the Sting Ray model. Jantz Supply and Custom Knife kits also have some nice looking blades.

You did a great job on this one. All linerlocks I have did have 2 scales. I just have to bend the clip up a little to accomodate the thickness of the scale. Ken

Also, I don't use the ones that the pivot pin has to be drilled out for the screw to be put in. Also don't drill out the lanyard hole. Have broke too many trying to drill them out. Ken
