I am running the final stage in a minisonic. I opened it this morning to check it and it was full of foam. I pushed it aside and found the rocks happily tumbling under the foam buildup. The only thing I did differently with this batch is I used Raybright A instead of cerium. The amount of water is OK, about 2 tablespoons. I am wondering the effects of too much of the polishing compound suspended in the foam. Is this OK and if it isn't, any ideas on how to cut down the foam buildup? I don't want the polishing compound to be suspended in the foam. Steve

I recently ran a load with Raybrite A in my vibe but added Borax to the mix also. I had no problem with foam and got a beautiful shine. But I also ran it as dry as I could and still allow the proper movement of the rocks. I only use a misting spray bottle to mist it enough to settle the dust when I start it up to run. I am also very new to this so I may have just got lucky. Hope you get a good end result.
