Thanks for your kind comments! Rio Grande carries the 1/2 round and square. These are 20gauge and when you order there are 3 small rolls in each pkg. The 1/2 round has 29.5 ft in each coil while the square only has 9.8 so make sure to order several pkgs of square for 1 1/2 round pkg.

May I ask what was your motivation to use stainless? I'm assuming it's non-tarnishing?

Stainless is 1/2 the $ of silver and selling wraps I've found most people don't notice it's not silver till I point it out then say "cool".

Very nice!!! And that's great to hear for a person like me. I love stainless jewelry as do alot of other people who can't tolerate sterling. I can handle sterling as long as I don't get warm or get it wet, then I turn into an itching puffy mess. So I love finding stainless steel jewelry. That's all I can wear in earrings, I wish more people would have that as an option. |

Good stuff. I am using wire similar to that. It says it's suppose to be silver, and it is, but it's not too shiney. Your's looks way better than mine....someday I might catch up.

Hi There!
When I first started trying to do wire wrapping, I could not afford to use silver or gold. I went to the local hardware store and got two spools of wire, one steel and one copper.
The steel is very pretty and for me a bit easier to work with while learning.
Those wraps are really nice!!!
