I was asked by a friend who managed to get some outstanding charoite cabs at an estate sale. He asked me to wrap some for a show he was doing. He gave me 5 to wrap & I got to keep the one I liked best. Here's the 1st one I wrapped. I've done them all, but the next one I'll post is the one I'm keeping for myself. I just haven't done that one yet.   I know I haven't posted any wraps on here in a long time. I should be flogged. jo |

That's beautiful Jo. I love Charoite too. Look forward to seeing the one you are keeping. Hey, if you are going to get flogged for not posting in a while then I'd better look out because I'll bet I'll be the next one in the flogging line...lol.

That is a material I have not worked yet. That cab is beautiful and your wrap really accentuates it because it is not overdone, it is just right!

Super nice! I've done a few Charoite stones as well, but found that they split easily (at least the rough I had). The color though - Amazing!

Thanks so much for the kind words everyone. I've cabbed some & never had a problem with it splitting. Maybe I was just lucky. Didn't do these tho. Wish I had.
