Hi I made this for a Scottish friend it has a Scottish Jasper cab set on 1mm square surounded with a 5 mm bezel the wire is "D" wire and the sliding holder is 0.8 wire Opened for inserting the serviet / napkin, Thanks for looking and your comments Jack Yorkshire uk Ps It hooks into a shirt button hole or over the top of the shirt neck

Beautiful and ellaborated piece of jewelry, but I'd really need a pic to figure out how is it attached to a shirt.

This seems to be well made but I am wondering what a serviet is. Is it a napkin holder to be hung from your neck while eating? I googled serviet and it didn't help much. Don

Yes it is a napkin Holder for those a little older than me with shaky hands and those with MS ect
Adrian The hook fits into a shirt button hole or over the shirt just under the chin, Sorry I havent the Item now ,
