I spent the day finishing up all the odds and ends that need to be done before meeting with family tomorrow. Between all the other things going on, I got these 4 pendants made for my brother's kids. One niece is engaged, so I made her BF one too.
First is the cab for my niece's BF. Didn't spend a lot of time on this one, just drilled a hole and bent up a copper jump ring lol. This is Binghamite (or silkstone) I bought at The Gem Shop. Doesn't appear to be any chatoyance in it tho.
Next we have Syringopora coral from Illinois for my nephew in a manly copper groove wrap. I made him a dino bone pendant last year and my sister-in-law said he wears it almost every day. ;D
The cloudy looking spot in about the center of the cab is actually glue from the tape I used during wrapping. I'm glad I looked close at the pix.
Here's a piece of black agate I bought in SD. I'm assuming this is local black hills stone, but don't know for sure. Wrapped in my usual style, in sterling silver. This is for my younger niece of the 2.
Last but certainly not least is purple moss also wrapped in sterling silver. This is from a slab I bought locally at a swap. This is a very different style for me. As I was wrapping it, it told me what to do. It's like it fell right into place. I really like how it turned out. This is for my engaged niece.
Sorry for the washed out pic. Wind was howling, and I didn't have a jacket on. I snapped the pic quick and ran back inside.
Thanks for looking.
I hope y'all have a wonderful Christmas!
Nate
