A relative of mine became involved with these rocks this past summer and after my 10th question he directed me to this forum to observe and learrn. I have done that and have become so motivated I signed up with the intent of being a ttumbler. Any suggestions for an old man would be greatly appreciaated., and well received

Welcome to the board. feel free to ask anything. My first bit of advice is to not look at the instructions or the ads for tumblers that say you will have nicely rounded shiny stones in "x" number of days. As you read through the posts on here you will get a better idea of what to expect. That said its a great hobby and its usually worth the wait when you get a nice batch of rocks at the end. Chuck
