We have so much respect for you guys. How in the heck do you do this with only 2 hands? I also learned it's not a good idea to do it in the morning after drinking a pot of coffee! LarryS

My eyes are "old" enough that I'm going to be using one of those large arm-mounted magnifying glasses with the fluorescent tube around it. I'm beginning to have difficulty with close-up detail work. Looks great Larry! Paul

Hey Paul, what do you think I'm using? 3x reading glasses, one of those magnifying arm light things plus an additional arm light to see what I'm doing. And I still can't see!!!

Nice! You guys are making me laugh about the "old eyes". I have strong optivisors and 2.5x reading glasses. I can't work without them!

Might just be me, Larry, but I'm thinking that's not flint. What stone is it? Love the colors and patterns!

Jasp-ag we recently collected locally from the El Paso mountains, CA, "Last Chance Canyon" Site G in all the Gem Trail books. 99.99% of the stuff we work on is local jasp-ag material. We're hooked on the variety. Cabbing up some better ones right now.

I "discovered" the other day that I can do up close work easier if I take out my contact lenses and simply put the object a few inches from my face. Seriously. Then all I need is a bright light. Next it'll be bifocals, prostate problems and hearing aids. Paul Hey Paul, what do you think I'm using? 3x reading glasses, one of those magnifying arm light things plus an additional arm light to see what I'm doing. And I still can't see!!!

Don't forget the annual colonoscopy after you turn 50! And these are suppose to be our golden years? I survived bladder cancer which was a piece of cake. It's all the regular aging ailments I'm having trouble with. Like seeing, hearing, walking, bending over, memory........
