Started a new batch in the uv10 tonight. I bought a bunch of small aventurine a while back from therockshed, it was relatively inexpensive and I've been into green rocks lately. Well a whole bunch were in a rotary load I've had going for a while, and most of then were ready to move on from the coarser tumble. A difference in this load is that I have let it sit for a few weeks before starting it to have less ceramic and more rock. It will be fun to see how these come out.

Very colorful mix. What is the brown on the left at 8:30 spot? Hope it comes out well for you. Karock

Hey karock, the larger one on the very left with the wet spot is some Colorado agate found in Pawnee grasslands. The small one touching it (near the wet spot) is some brecciated Jasper from Jim (wampidy)

That's gonna be a nice batch. That aventurine is a nice color.

I`ve gotten mixed results with aventurine in the past. It seems to come out super shiny and smooth or undercut to hell and back. It`s found in all colors near here. Best of luck.
