This is the rock. It was collected in the Fairburn South Dakota prairie in the 1960s by a geologist friend. John Denny. This is the way he handed it to me. He had polished the specimen for his collection. I sliced, cabbed,and mounted it. But when I sliced it. This is what was behind it. So this turned out tobe the second cab out of the rock. Front. Back of the second one. Both Front.. Both from the back... He will wear one and his daughter the other.... Thanks for checkin um out.. Jim

Great stones and really neat groove wraps. I've never seen anyone use a crimp before. Very cool.

yeah I like that crimp idea too. I have trouble keeping my groove wrap bails together. that may help. great wraps and awesome stones.
