Hi Everyone!  Here’s the back story on this very cool rock’n bag. A client of mine (same lady who got me shadow box for the rock’n hearts) was mentioning that her granddaughter (Hailey 5 years old) is quite the rock hound. I then mentioned that I’d like to make a sash bag with my motto written on it. and fill it polished stones for Hailly Well this lady then made the bag and did the embroidery! Geesh!!! The treasure chest is aces!. The Gold glitters! The heart is bright vibrant red. Heavy material. The bag closes with a magnet. Last a long long time! Jjust like the rocks. So this will be a heirloom Hailey will have. Hopefully the pendants, cabs, and the other knicky knacky type of rocks things will compliment this fine bag. I consider the best piece to be a moonstone penny heart crafted from Jo’s material So your part of this project, Jo !!  Thanks for looking find the heart-find the treasure definitely Ed |

Thanks Helen ! O I wanted to give an honorable mention to Mrs. tntmom ~Krystee ! I had mention the idea of the bag to her asking for suggestions O she gave me some great suggestion AND her daughter Brooke did some graphic designs of a bag style! She sent them to me in .PDF file there wonderful I want to make her the graphic designer when i open up that Rock'N Heart Factory   |

By the way..... I am wearing your Brave Heart right now.... in 6 hours I will be doing my presentation! If I get nervous I will clutch it and remember your advice and the reason you made it for me!

Absolutely love the hearts ed. I am a tumbling beginner but I really want to learn how to make hearts. It is next on my list to try. I am a a cardiologist so your work really hits home with me. I have looked at many of your old heart posts and your work is beautiful. Keep posting and keep me inspired. Thanks,

Thanks Don & Everyone!  The rock’n rock bag is going through some final stitching revisions and by Friday it should be fill with rock treasures and presented to Hailly BUT in the meantime Jo sent me a wonderful box of rocks ! This is just a peek a boo as I opened this package  There were all these great tumbled stones on top Honestly, I was a bit skimpy on tumbled rocks in my collection so a couple these beauts will go in the bag O & beneath that paper towel are killer Pennsylvania rocks! Albite, moonstone, perthite, bronzite ect… Collected & cut by Jo Believe me! A fabulous collection of wonderful material I am chomping at the bit to start carving a heart for Jo ! O Jo that was so so kind & very very generous Thanks you so much !! the package is in mail. |
