Here is a couple of local agates. the one on the left looks like snow flakes in a clear agate, and the one on the right is a red moss in blue agate. Found them both, and cabbed them last weekend. p.s. ( the agate in the background is an Ellensburg blue , found a couple of years back). Thanks for looking! ;D agates are groove wrapped with 18 ga. sterling. Attachments:

Both stones and grooves look great. I started out grooving deep to totally hide the wire. I now like the wire being partially exposed. Looks great. In the process of making 15 cabs/wraps right now and think I'll try that.
