This is a mystery rock that I posted about in Cabs. forum.rocktumblinghobby.com/index.cgi?board=ccabs&action=display&thread=53516I'm really quite proud of this little ole rock. It' s my first actual rock and freeform. It has a super glossy finish. I love the color of it- somewhere between blue and green. It's fairly big, too. The cab turned out at 42x30mm. I used copper and almost left it black. Attachments:

You've got a nice art deco kind of look going there, it looks like a good combination!

That's a really nice wrap. And I'll second the comment on the art deco approach. It looks good! Paul

Great choice on the copper! Compliments the stone well and will season into it even more! Design is great too...as always! Well done! How late were you up last night? LOL!

Art Deco... I'm glad you said that... it's kinda my trademark. I call it Deco-dence Cathy- Me and DH were up till 2:30am then I got up around 4:30. The grandkids are at my daughter's so we are taking advantage of the quiet time. LOL! We both had some very productive, peaceful hobby time.

Hell yeah, multiple hobbies! Right now I'm restoring the Apollo 11 in my back yard. The half that's actually in my back yard is looking great! The neighbors are a little p*ssed about the other half. Oh, that pendant is cool!!

LOL! Me and DH got a kick out of that! Thanks We are fans from the old Tom Baker days. Loved it as a kid and still do. We got the grandkids into the Doctor, too. Every night we watch one and they beg for the next. LOL! I'm wondering if we can get them to watch the old ones. The Brits have to be thrilled that Dr. Who finally has a budget.

ROTFLOL! We've got the old Tom Baker on video! Tom and I grew up on those! Takes a certain kind of mind to appreciate where that show came from and where it is now...which I'm still wondering but hoping for something.... The Dr. always seems to come through...hopefully with a new season at some point soon!
