I cabbed this set for one small piece of rock and worried the whole time that I would ruin a piece. I did the pendant stone first and used sterling to wrap it. Then I groove wrapped the matching earrings stones with sterling and a genuine faceted onyx bead. I just love this rock. It is so RED and super glossy. (Ignore the lint form my cloth on the earring stones.) Attachments:

Wow! I know now that when I see your cabs I only have to wait a few hours to see the finished product. I really like the round top on the pendant, and the simplicity of the earrings with just enough pizazz!

Thank you! I really love these. I'm a sucker for a red stone, though  Susan- I was up late working the pendant out in copper first. Today the silver went pretty quick, but turned out a little differently. The earrings are pretty simple because the grooving goes so quick. |
