This is another of the moonstones I bought a long while back, I've had no excuse to wrap them but the one I wrapped before this finally sold, so I got to make a true wrap, I've been holding off and just playing with copper for a long time, so I was excited to wrap this piece, I think it turned out pretty good, what do you think? Moonstone wrapped in sq Gold Filled wire. Thanks for looking! Krista

Very beautiful, Krista! You really accented the stone perfectly and the balance of the overall design is delightful!

Thank you everyone for the compliments No, this isn't copper, it's gold filled wire. I guess I meant I hadn't used anything but copper for so long that I was really excited to wrap this piece in gold filled. I was a little out of it when I posted I guess. Krista

Thank you Jim Yes, I'm doing better, got the cast off which was getting really icky, so got that all cleaned up, and am allowed to walk a little, about 25% weight, but only with a boot and only with a walker, so kind still stuck in the wheelchair all other times but doing okay. I just got a hold of the rocks from my friend, I'll post some pictures here soon and get them out to you hopefully tomorrow? The Quartz has some really bad looking fractures, but I'll still let you look at it and see what you think. Krista

Do you have any other angles of this pendant? I would love to see a straight on shot so that I could see the whole pendant. It is beautiful pendant.

Sure do, here's full front on and the back side It's got some pretty amazing flash, I love moonstone, it's one of my more expensive addictions, I don't want the okay stuff, I want the absolutely brilliant pieces lol. It kind of looks square in the first picture I posted, but it's actually a rectangle turned points up and down. Krista

Amazing accuracy on the wire wrapping. This macro photo shows up any flaws, but here there aren't any. Beautiful cab, also.
