Nice piece and great layout with that stone, Hub! Like the ending o your wire too!!! Very cool!

I think the heavier gauge works well
I think the white point in your camera may be off. every pic you post looks yellow with low contrast. it makes the work harder to see. What camera are you using?

I agree with Daniel about the heavier wire. I like it. Especially at the top. This is a great piece.
I know an artist on JewelryLessons.com called Morganause that does this insanely awesome work with balled end copper. Maybe you should check her out. She is so freestyle yet somehow controlled. I love her work. And, she's Italian with a very enthusiastic attitude. Really cool lady. She's one of my fav artists because she is so uninhibited. The exact opposite of my work. What you did at the top reminds me of her work somehow. Very fluid.

Hub, I agree with Daniel. Lets see if we can help you. Do you have a white balance on your camara? Are you taking these pics with a cell phone? Your work is to unique (IMHO) not to get them displayed better

I like the wrap too--and the stone is beautiful! It may be time to head back over to Ellensberg, I haven't been to my favorite rock shop in awhile.
