This is one that my dad made just before his passing in '95. I had sort of fogotten about as you can see in the first pic I used Weimans silver cream to clean it up some. I need to find out a better way to get it completly cleaned up as there is still some tarnish that is giving me some trouble And put back together I've been cutting alot of my cabs in the bola form as I want to move in this direction using stone and silver. thanks for looking !

Wow ! Beautiful bola.
You could try what I use for cleaning silver. Crumple a piece of aluminum foil and line the bottom oe a bowl with it. Fill the bowl almost full of hot water. Add a tablespoon of baking soda, and lay the silver piece on the foil. let it soak until the water cools. Rinse the piece under cool water and brush away any remaining tarnish with a childs soft tooth brush. For heavy tarnish you may need to soak the piece twice. The water and baking soda shouldn't hurt sensitive stones.

That's a great heirloom Gary! He did a magnificent job!!
Great job cleaning it up. I have one my uncle made me as a kid that needs a good clean up, gonna have to give Don's method a try or pick up some cream.

Thank you All for the wonderful comments!
Ed, He did do the work in Phoenix. The turquoise was most likley bought at Lonnie's. I don't think it's sleeping beauty turquoise but, it is matrix free. I have the piece that it came from. Going to take it over to Lonnies next time I get down there and see if he remembers it
