I love Royal Imperial Jasper. I cabbed one -the darker one- from rough that Susan sent me. Then I bought a nodule slice on eBay and cabbed that- the lighter one. Each called for a different metal. I don't normally do the same stone back to back, as it gets boring, but, as you can see, these are very different looking. The 2 metals really work for their respective stones and I thought I would share to show the difference in effect. Not that anyone had to be shown, but I got a kick out of this and thought someone else would, too.

rocknrob: There was a shop in Portland, don't know if it's still there called Kenny and Zukes who made the absolute best pastrami sandwiches I have ever had. The problem is every restaurant thinks their sandwich is worth $20 now and seldom makes the grade. Nov 12, 2024 9:53:31 GMT -5
