Ah... but does it snow in Idaho? That is the question! It snows in Idaho.......But not where I live in Oregon...Sometimes once a year,it might snow a 1/2 inch and be gone in a few hours, now that I like! LOL

That!, is exactly the thing that I don't want to see out of my windshield. It was looking just like that when we had our rollover in 2007. I don't even want to do that again! Glad you made it home ok!

Yikes is right! Whiteout
I drove a moving van from Flagstaff to Gallup, on to Albuquerque, across I-40 in a white out blizzard condition. I should NOT have been there. I had no experience driving in the snow and hardly any at driving a 25 foot box truck loaded. I saw 3 or 4 Semi's laying over on their sides. I was white knuckled and rolling. Get out of the way get out the way mostly
glad you home safe, warm & rock'n, Cathy

:-) Just the stuff that February is made of, mostly. LOL! It felt good to get out of the car, though.

MY N.Y. winter visit! We got to experience some Syracuse lake effect snow. So I learned things about snow I DIDN'T KNOW! 1) Even with a snowblower, clearing snow is HARD WORK! 2) To stay AHEAD of deep snow, you sno-blo and shovel WHILE it snows. 3) When "whipped by the wind" even the softest powder snow STINGS LIKE AUNT AGGIE'S SWITCH! 4) It isn't how well YOU drive in the snow, just hope that OTHER DRIVER ALSO knows how to drive in the snow. 5) Syracuse police do NOT laugh at frosty the snowman jokes... :nono: 6) Tuck in your shirt before you go "tubing" or "disking" 7) If your boots do NOT look like you stole them from Frankenstien, New Yorkers laugh and shake their heads alot, 'specially when your buddy keeps saying "check out the snow boots" 8) I prefer the snow in O.C. California, and on the So. Cal beaches. (hint: THERE IS NONE!!!)
