Framing is hard work.I hope building will pick up.Atlanta is still way depressed.I imagine Virgina Beach is thriving...
Will you come buy this place Brad?I sell it to ya right.Been here 25 years and am ready to get out of keeping this all up.Like downsize and watch my tumblers rotate-ha.

HOLY CRAP!!! You built that yourself by hand? OMG. You absolutely floor me, James!!!
Energy is not quite the word for it... I'm in awe! And the interior is exquisite and ingenious!!
WOWOWOWOW!
Have you considered that if you feel like you are falling apart, you may have a simple calcium/msm/glucosamine deficiency? It will cost you around $10 to find out, because a week after you take daily supplements, you will either feel 20 years younger or that wasn't it. You have NOTHING to lose trying.

dang Jim, now you make my arthritic knees seem downright trivial.
Watcha use for pain?
Staying active sounds right, or you can just curl up in a ball and quit. NOT!!

Ibuprofen and codeine for the pain. Most was injuries and overuse.I would'nt change much;i liked being active and doing the stuff i did.I had one motorcycle accident that messed up my ankle. All was fine till a couple of years ago.Fifties can bring out your joint problems in a hurry.I still get around a lot.Sorry about your knees.I have sympathy for such ailments.

I keep having to pay the surgeon to keep things going Jim.My joints seem to have an aversion to my energy and their age:> Don't I empathize with that! Never seen a surgeon or been in the hospital but boy o boy do my joints protest what I want to put them through. Getting old sucks!!! I just love seeing you so energetically do; the plants, the coral & even welding, putting something like this together! You give'm hell buddy!!!!

I got a system to reduce wear and tear-work smart helps. But we share empathy on joint pain.It just goes w/the territory of age.Nothing to do about it but cope.My neighbor is 20 years older than i and he amazes me.I am happy that you have avoided the doc and thanks

The visual appeal and comfort level of your building is like nothing I've seen done in modern times. A big hurray for you from ma and I. Larry
