Christa and I headed up to Prescott Valley this morning to check out a gem and mineral show. It was mostly finished material, tho a few dealers had some rough and slabs for sale. Christa picked up some nice earrings, I bought a few nice Montana slabs and this, my score of the day!   8 and 1/2 pound bone showing lots of red cells for $50!  End view  I'm gonna throw this on the saw after dinner.. hopefully I'll have some nice slabs to show soon. Thanks for looking  |

Thanks folks. I didn't get this into the saw until this morning. Here's the most recent slab, a couple fracturey areas to work around but overall pretty nice. Starting to get into the thicker part  |

Them canary yellow cells are the rarest of colors. That bright orange is something special also. Killer chunk. So did you get some more cuts out of 'er yet?
