I over filled my 11 x 11 x 5 inch pans. They added up to 60 pounds. And your head was sticking and up blocked from getting my 2 trays in the oven. Ha- my wife got up this
morning and kicked my yass-sand everywhere. The auto timer cut of about 3:00 am and the head is cooling down now for 9 hours. It is so thick of a chunk(over 4 inches thru)
i am going to let the batch cool longer so i don't stress crack that biggun.
All went well. I have heard a couple of high pitched 'tings!' but that could be anything
