Went for a walk yesterday afternoon and found some fossils...No clue what they are, and a few may just be rocks. Feel free to educate me on this stuff cause I pretty clueless.

Maybe just a rock but shape and texture on top made me think maybe fossil

Part of the old sea bed? Seed to scrub them clean. The one with the distinct tubes in it has a lot of fine crystal pockets.

Now this one really has me wondering. Looks like its was attached to something once on the flat side. Distinct pattern but very warn on the domed surface. Sponge? Corral head?

I been chipping them rocks from dawn till doom...

rocknrob: There was a shop in Portland, don't know if it's still there called Kenny and Zukes who made the absolute best pastrami sandwiches I have ever had. The problem is every restaurant thinks their sandwich is worth $20 now and seldom makes the grade. Nov 12, 2024 9:53:31 GMT -5
