I have been working on a new line for the upcoming show in May, All are comprised of mixed metal, Steel, Copper, Brass, Bronze, and Sterling in varying combinations. This one has a Steel Back plate with copper and brass. The steel has been blackened. The bail is also a copper/brass combo. hard to see in the picture but the back of the bail is copper. Same with this one, Steel back brass and copper This one has a steel back with copper, brass, and sterling This one is a brass backing with copper and sterling

Thank you everyone for the positive feedback. Working with the steel is challenging, finally got the joining of the different metals figured out without having to use soft solder.
I am sure I will get some crazy looks and comments at the show but that is expected, I don't think some folks realize that steel has been used in jewelry for centuries. There is a man in Europe that fuses gold and silver to steel and then patinas the steel. I aspire to be able to get that figured out.

Very creative and professionally done! Excellent pieces that will find a receptive market, I'm sure. I especially like the clever and unusual bail design on #3, which adds a very strong element of interest.

Beautiful pendants, all of them. I especially like the way you created the bail on the last one, emerging from the pattern.
I like the contrast background offered by the steel and blued steel, but how do they react to the skin? Is it OK?
