Like those a lot, a good integration of wood, metal, and stone is hard to do, and you have done it well. I agree with you, the 7 wire one is a little busy for me. Another thing I noticed: It appears to me the wires are cut off blunt, leaving rather sharp ends. On ballpark similar things I have done, I sand the wire ends to a ball end and polish them, my wife says "picky, picky, picky," well maybe I am. Keep this stuff going, it's original and really nice to look at.

Those look like museum pieces. Beautiful work.

Yea Quartz, good eye you have there. I had just finished making the bases and got in a hurry to get some pics before i sanded the ends and polished the wire. They definitely need to be rounded over and sanded to get rid of the sharp edges. Your wife might say picky, picky, but after spending so many hours carving the jade and making the base, I just feel it is right to fine tune it to make it the best that i can.

I like the anti-gravity look of your displays. They look like hanging upwards. Very fine display of some superb carvings.

Another nice one. It seems people think of burl for tables and clocks, we like your thinking and craftsmanship.

I really like the mixed media for the overall composition, everything complimenting each other. Top shelf. Cheers
