Laura picked up a fossil at the Parrsboro Rock & Gem Show this weekend while I was busy drooling over mineral specimens. It has been repaired making it quite affordable. This is the tooth of a Spinosaurus estimated to be about 100 million years old. Apparently, they were quite big and quite common in Morocco in their day. Darryl. Front Back

Oops! This one is 3.5" long. If I didn't know better, I would think this was an altered (Dremel) sharks tooth, except the tooth is much thicker than a typical shark tooth from that location.
