I am preparing to cut some performs well a lot of them that will be used to make pendants.
Just curious what the average size should be no matter the shape. Is the a height that is usually maintained to avoid being too much or to little?
I realize this question is rather open ended, but don't want to realize later everything is to big or small.
Thanks

I'll be using a setting method basic and similar to this photograph. Not my work found in a picture search. But won't be tumbled

I find that having a variety of sizes is the best approach...There is a wide range of tastes out there...If you have some of all ,you might have something for all....JOhn

looking in my own jewelry box, the pendants I have range from about a half inch all the way up to 2.5 inches. don't forget to show us what you are up to!

I think that your answer will be rather subjective. I have made some that were real big and thought they wouldn't sell, but they did sell... and quick. I try to have a little of everything, but as a general rule, my pendant stones run about 38-44mm.
