Hello everyone!
I'm new to RTH and to rock tumbling in general. I got my first tumbler (Thumbler AR-2) a few months ago and am running my second batch through polish as we speak.
I'm located in North Central North Dakota and looking for places in the area to collect at. The forum seems very friendly and I've learned a ton already and look forward to seeing everyone's posts. Hopefully I'll be able to add some of my own in the future as I figure everything out.

Welcome, Matt. My very little experience with rock tumbling leaves me unable to say anything about it. I see a lot of fine examples on this forum.

Welcome. I agree with fossilman, there are good areas in the Dakotas as well as across the border.

Fossilman - I'm in Rugby, ND, an hour east of Minot and an hour from the Canadian border. Brent3369 - I'd love to know where some of those places are to hound! We've only had limited luck so far in the local gravel pits and along the Missouri river. Lots to learn!
