Pretty cool. Another option might be to put your smalls inside one of those oil candles. I've seen them with seashells before, and bet that tumbled rocks would look even better. Google oil candle if you don't know what I'm talking about.
Put a small sign on your show display about how candles make great Christmas gifts or "Moms love candles".
I'd probably have a display model but sell them with no oil inside for safe and easy transport or gift wrapping.

I put the tumbles in a wine glass etc with a little potpourri at shows as a example, you can get potpourri that looks like rocks also. Then I have a little pile of baggies that you can fill for a dollar. Kids n women love it! I hardly ever own any tumbles. At present I have only have a large Cool Whip container full for the upcoming Lumber River State Park Craft Day. It's a great park about 2 miles from here, only personally hand made crafts are allowed.

The old jewelers alcohol lamps work great for the really tiny tumbles. They already have a wick and cap to cover the wick to put it out. No reason why lamp oil wouldn't work in them. They look great mixed in with fish tank gravel too.

My wife likes to use my polished stones with our plants. She just put together these succulents in some air plant globes. Used a couple of larger ones but mostly the small stuff.  I like visiting the stones when I water the plants!! ~Roland |

Thumbs up......................I need to get a photo of a display bottle I have with agates and jaspers so small,I had to use tweezers to pick them up...
