It is Canadian river plume agate from north tx/Oklahoma area I believe.it comes in many different varieties of colors.iff you GIogle Canadian river agate and look at images there is a slab almost identical to the one I cut this cab from. Dave

Thank you all for the kind words.i have only been smithing for about 6-12 months.off and on,icatz.i like to use the heavier gauge silver stock so slight imperfections can be sanded out. Dave
