Howdy folks,
Well yesterday was the yearly kid's playday here on Tierra Linda Ranch. The older kiddoes got to compete in the riding ring and me and Blue got to do the annual pony rides for the little'uns. Man we had little kids lined up for fifty yards and me an Blue was whipped after about two solid hours of walking 200 yard circles (Twice around per little kiddoe). Man some of the little girls wanted to go three our four times. Got to hand it to Blue, since the little'uns weigh almost nothing, he figured he was just out for a walk in the park. Me, being older than friggin dirt, not so much. I was about worn to a frazzle. Anyway, just a quick pic of me and Blue heading back to the stables after a long long morning in the Texas heat. Wanted kiddie pics too but this was the only one the photographer had come out as his camera was on the blink. Anyway, just the two of us. Blue is the handsome one....Mel
