Picked up this ordinary looking Chert along the trail a while ago. Washed it off and photographed. Size is 2 ½” by 1 ½” by 1 ½”.

Nothing too special.

Until I got to this side. Just beautiful. It is now in my eventual cabbing stash. Should produce some nice ones.

Never found an orangeish chert with so many colors before.

Listen to the rock. The rock knows its destiny. It will guide you in fulfilling that.
