Hello all. well after digging around a couple of time  i found a few dino pieces. nice colors in them.







 some nice pieces  the second medium sized piece looks red but the light goes trough it easily .

Thanks guys i consider my self lucky ,just like some of the rocks we find i found this collection purely by luck ,i was looking for a small saw to cut some small rocks and came across this collection along with the machines i got,

I do plan on giving some for free as a tribute to the man Frank Howe,whom this stuff belonged to.i was told he was a great lapidary artist and silver smith, i am trying to get some photo's of his work.

Keep an eye out i am planning on a couple of fun competition's and you can have a chance for some stuff for free!

What a chance i go by Frank and this collection was owened by a Frank and to think it had been sitting there since 1978? Boggles my mind because i was only 3 years old in 1978! And it all waited for me to find it,

Hello all. Was doing some digging in some of the Howe collection  found some plume agate. Nice stuff  the more I dig through  it the more I find in it been having a hard time identifying  a lot of it , found a big chunk of what I think is old wingate material wil, post pic later. For now some plumes I gave a bath to.

 can't  wait to cut into come of this stuff.

Mel you have to be quick on the draw, and have some dumb luck. What I don't  understand is why the original CL  ad was on there for a month before I seen it. The guy I bought it from sold a tumbler and a small flat lap. Said the person who bought them had no interest in the rocks or machines?  I was think that #2,#3 are wingate, what do you think?

Hope your keyboard is dry, I have the same problem so much nice stuff everyone post.
