I agree with Rob - I wouldn't call it "hosted" in the traditional sense because once I press send on my phone I have no control over it other than to delete the link out of my post. Judging by the amount of advertising on Tapatalk I think the "loop hole" is a substantial money maker for them. They reduce the photos - the ones I uploaded in my "its alive" cabochon thread were uploaded as full size 5+ MB files and they are being displayed at a relatively tiny 60 kb. So their sales strategy is trading 60 kb of server space for the probably 3 ads I viewed in the process - not to mention the cookies and trackers installed on my phone. The price of freedom for some I won't be doing much more of it but it seems like a great option for our members. I chose 1024x768 on tapatalk when I uploaded the photo and I just saved the image to my desktop from my original post here. It is exactly 1024x768 and 960 kb so really good quality for a forum post. Hmmm... interesting. I didn't see a choice - I'll have to take another look. Was that in your settings or the posting process?

I get this pop up when I take the photo and also get it if I choose a photo from my phones library

I might download Tapatalk too. I find that it's impossible to copy and paste the link from Flickr to RTH on my iPad. I always post pictures from my computer.

I keep some current tumbles on my desk at work in a bowl carved from a solid piece of Mango wood. Not a small bowl. About 10 pounds of tumbles. Beautiful! Someone's gonna break a tooth on that candy bowl Funny, I've had more than one person ask for a piece of candy from my bowl. Granted, it is usually from across the office, but still...
