Very interesting article Wooferhound. My background in Physical Science, Geology, and Physics/GeoPhysics is only 10 months old (when I started my tumbling hobby.. unless you take in some college courses in chem and math); Sooo I am easily lost in the terms and depths... but I did enjoy the read! 'Interesting about the relationships between densities of Olivine and studies in the stability of earthquake faults. I was particularly interested in reading about using nanoindention as a tool to determine hardness.
