1dave You are the master of charts, maps and information here. I have learned so much from you as I am sure others have. Just wanted to say thanks.

I'm privileged to be among the handful of folks here who have met him and spent a little time with him and I can tell you that when Dave starts talking about rocks he gets a smile that starts at his eyes and lights up the whole room Thanks from me too 1dave for all you do here and for all of us.

I am a geologist/historian/engineer at heart. When I find a unique rock specimen, I want to learn as much about it as I can. When was it formed, how was it formed and how did it transform over time. Since moving, I have learned that local geologists and geological maps from ancient events are my best friends. The local natural history museum has also provided many insights.

I've got a pie chart for you. It's very eye-opening when you study the numbers.
