Found this via internet. No clue where the company is based, but not in USA. Wholesaler, who ships by the container load. These are supposedly found on a mountain in Indonesia. They look like they are haphazardly dyed to me. Some remind me of Petoskey Stone that have been dyed. No prices for anything listed, instructions to email. They do have some pretty cool stuff, like petrified wood stumps and many cabs. Name is IndoGemstone.

Not dyed - heated. Heating brings out those reddish colors.

Yep, a lot of that Indonesian material is heat treated. Treating seems to be kind of a crap shoot too as the natural tans, whites and golds come out in a lot of different colors after heating. I have a slab that shows some of those nice purplish tones but has other colors in different areas...Mel
