Hi All, Krazy asked me to post a few pix of a new find called Piaute Dendritic Agate. I think it's beautiful and bought 2 slabs of it on Ebay. Tom

Great things , those memory banks , damn hard to polish though, I stick with rocks and the rocks in your foto look just unbelievable . Did Krazy cut a slice of it himself or did it come like it is?
Thanks for the show, must go
enjoy

Cool looking rocks. I can even see the snow covered mountains that John sees! I keep looking for patterns in the rocks. If they are obvious to a blind man, I can't see them.
I didn't even notice the gender sign until KD mentioned it. I figured everyone was a rockhound - male, female, tall, short, skinny, fat etc, we all love rocks!

My apologies Crazy , I must have had my wires crossed or something. Never mind , I had a great day at the beach and found some neat rocks to roll. There were high banks with lots of conglomerate and some of that had fallen down as happens with high banks.
among that lot was some aventurine and rhyolite and agate and petrified wood and lots more rocks of which I have forgotten the names by now. it was a heavy haul back up the steep muddy track , but well worth it.
have fun

Jack,,,
The slab did not come from Krazy "herself" besides the shipping cost all the way from mars and venus would be way for me "himself" to handle!

ok, Cookie, give us a break down on your "yummy" scale ratings.....
"i covet your rock" should be the anthem in here, HAHA!
the more i stare at that slab, the more it looks like a whole head of a horse named Snowblind (eye and lips at the far right, mane at the top). can you tell i been at the saw too long today?
