Bubble excited nipple glass is funnier, though.
Now I don’t feel so bad. Glad you went there before I did lol.

Meet the gang ! Dumb ass has a Facebook page with his little witch. Just Married !! He and his local list of banger FB friends have been social mediafied. I know some of them. I would say Auntie has not said anything to him. This is good because my closest neighbor caught him snooping just 4 days ago. I want him active. Ha, my neighbor that lives next to my mailbox. Funny that 4 expensive cell phones were delivered to my house the same day my neighbor caught him snooping amygdule . Thanks for the tip. May have a case of I.D. theft to some degree. Getting Tyler brochures printed to put in mail boxes for a 1 mile radius with my burner phone number on it. Betcha another half dozen neighbors have caught him snooping too. Auntie Master Cargile Not to judge a book by it's cover, but you are so right, James. She (Mrs. Newlywed) does look like a little witch. And Travis, he looks like a loser of the lowest magnitude. OMG, he definitely needs a bit of reprimanding for his actions and attitude. The stolen check that was cashed was made out to a Hunter Thomas. Is that one of his partners in crime? Or maybe an alias that he has fake ID for? I'll just bet you are beside yourself. I'm sure dealing with the lovely lady cops makes James happy and softens the blow, but the whole situation just sucks. Being screwed one thing, but the way the cops and bank treated you are criminal, too. Hope they are treating you better now than before. Crossing fingers that the nogoodnik druggie thief loser comes to justice soon. He and his snooping bride.

It is their violent and vindictive nature that has really started to concern me about these two Jean. I am past worrying about them stealing property items. They are escalating. Out of Auntie's control. In the past month shooting guns closer and closer behind mine and my neighbor's houses back in the woods at 4 and 5 am. I know these types. They are just hard core southern rednecks. I believe you know their type too. Add meth to the equation and it all magnifies. That type of behavior will certainly make one sit up and take notice. So sad about Ray's dog. Add animal cruelty to the list of offenses. Stay safe, James.

A cloud crossed the sun, and a sinister chill swept into the air. Leaves rustled in the early twilight, as a dog howled in the distance. “These guys will stop at nothing” Price fumed, as he polished his bear trap.

It has never happened to me, thankfully. I know the copper thieves can do $100,000 worth of damage for $1,000 of copper.

Something on a smaller scale was one of the reasons I moved. Found it interesting that most of the people involved in the thefts and intimidation were either classmates of mine in the 1970's, or their parents. All had been part of a major theft/transport ring in the 70's and 80's. Some were drug dealers.
I had told a long time neighbor him and his group could not gun hunt on my land. He played the long time family friends card. I stayed firm.
Did allow a friend (Police Officer) and his wife to bow hunt on the land. They had a tree blind and some well hidden trail cams. One day my friend let me know that someone had erected a tree blind, some ground blinds and trail cameras on my land. He later removed them. Did some snooping around in the swamp. Found some totes filled with what he figured was stolen merchandise. Removed them.
A day later, the group leader stopped by. He asked if I had been in the woods. Said no and asked why. He replied that he was still interested in hunting there. Was wondering if I had seen that big buck that everyone wants. Thank goodness my friend arrived. He confronted the other person. When things became a little nasty, my friend told me to get in the house. Then drew a revolver. Police arrived a while later.
Do not know what would have happened had my friend not shown up at the perfect time.
Some people will do what they can to intimidate others to stay quiet.
Living in remote areas has its advantages and disadvantages.
Stay safe my friend.

jamesp, Make sure you keep us up to date or, at least, check in so we know all is well.
Be careful, and do what you have to do to stay safe.

Yes I do. We have our share of drug related activity in the area but they keep it on the low down. And we have not been threatened or stolen from. That would indeed be a whole new dimension.

Final decision and fortifications made on the crime drama. Thanks very much for the warnings and good will. It is appreciated. Back to glass !! Some glass is called reactive. This means that when melted together a thin black line forms between the two reacting colors. I thought the opaque lavender was the reactive one but in actuality it is the pink opaque. They are similar. When the pink melts against yellow, orange or red the reaction lines occur if they are all opaque colors. Scientific explanation here: "The key when working with reactive glasses is to have an idea of what to expect: to know that sulfur/selenium-bearing glasses will react with lead or copper-bearing glasses" Here is Bullseye brand glass. The turquoise is probably the copper bearing being greenish, the small batches are sulphur/selenium bearing. This is my imported glass. Pink touch yellow or red or orange makes reaction line. And this is the test melt. Pink on bottom(copper) and red, orange and yellow on top(sulphur/selenium). Target is to make psychedelic blobs eventually. The little teaser on the left is our female. She bounces 4 feet in the air before the dirty deed. My baby is a wild child nasty thing. Male is calmly waiting for her to sit the hell still. 24 days later for a sonogram to find out results.

Lazy man's cabs are sawn from bricks and tumbled shaped/polished as sawn and drilled to a polish. Seeing about 5% loss from broken pieces. Or bubbles being uncovered by the tumbler like the one on the right. About half of the defective ones can be touched up on the grinder and tumbled again. Approximate tumbler numbers from 1st managed tumble: Tumbler reduced 190 of them from 11 pounds to 7.5 pounds in step 1. 7.5 pounds to 5 pounds in Step 2 using silicon carbide 500. Aluminum oxide 220 and 14,000 in the vibe will not cause noticeable weight reduction. 12 days(coarse grit) + 6 days(500 grit) + 5 days(vibe) = 23 day tumble times. Tumbling is easy. No media is added in the rotary. Just straight glass. 40% quartz pea gravel in the vibe. Fortunately this glass does not put off much gas during rotary tumble. A small homemade rotary tumbler was rebuilt to hold two 11 pound or smaller barrels. Home made barrel capacities are ~11 pounds, ~8 pounds. One for coarse, one for SiC 500. After the 8 pound barrel has taken them down to 5 pounds they fit in the vibe. Barrels are size staged for transfer to next abrasive and to fill vibe without having to add or subtract tumbles during tumble. The glass needs to be tumbled based on the batch thickness as sawn or if a plate melt thickness. Left has seen 1 day in the vibe, right one was pulled during step 1 coarse grind. Right one will be re-worked, note bubble at bottom. These are the best drills I could find for the money. They last any where from 20 to 40 holes. 20-6mm, 20-4mm, 20-3mm THK brand on EBAY cost total of $36 for 60 bits. Ordered some 6mm drills for funky bigger holes. Hollow bits way better and faster drilling than smaller solid bits.
