It's Rockzilla!!!!!ROFLMAO!!!! Too funny, Cookie! Sands, get an unbreakable plate and some sort of clips to hold it on with, click that sucker on there and turn'r on and see what happens. Best hide behind something though, in case the clips don't hold. I'd hate to hear you had been decapitated by a flying plate. Or get a plastic bowl big enough to fit over the top upside down, clip it on somehow and get with it. Heck, let me think about it for a while and I may come up with something that would actually work! llana BTW, d**n you gotta bunch a rocks!!

'Rock-zilla' with a little bit of 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang'! Looks like that might just shake your foundations loose buddy. I think you might try some of that new press cling wrap and see if it keeps the spatters in. Cheap reusable, a real testamony to the GLAD people if it works. Clips and silicon with a round piece of plexiglas if it doesn't. Hank on to your hat, there is going to be a brown-out in Philly ;D I can see by the photos you have a small interest in rocks,no?

Hey Sands , are you sure that's a rockpot and not a Crockpot......Oh wait , it had a cracked lid Hmmm it must be a Crackpot ;D
Wow Sands , it is sure looking good and You will get lots and lots and even more lots of shiny rocks come rolling out of it.
You will have to keep us posted in word in pics......I am WAITING..
Well , once you get your lid organised , you will have to get a big clamp made up to go right over the top and hold that lid down. Good luck with this big baby.

Hey sandsman1, I would suggest the same as Banjocreek ... a plexiglass lid (you can get some plexiglass at your local building supply company and it's fairly cheap). Cut a circle to cover the opening of the bowl, then cut a smaller circle to fit inside of the mouth of the bowl. Use a little silicone to secure them together, then cut some small slits into the larger piece of plexiglass, so you can attach some heavy duty rubber bands to help keep the lid on. This tumbler might just surprize you and be the best tumbler you have ever used ... you never know! Keep us informed on the progress Enjoy, John

I would say a hard plastic plate, not one of the flimsey ones. Tami
